Meno-Make is a relaxed, creative group for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. What is Meno-Make? At Meno-Make, we don't just make art. We create confidence, restore a little of ourselves, and connect with women who understand the journey. Meno-Make is a relaxed creative group for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. It's a chance to press pause, prioritise you, meet other women who understand the journey, and enjoy making something in a warm, welcoming space. There'll be tea, laughter, honest conversations, creativity... and yes, tissues if we need them! What about the art? You do not need to be artistic to come to Meno-Make, and there's no pressure to create a masterpiece. If you've ever said, "I can't draw," or "I'm not creative," then you're exactly the sort of person I'd love to meet. I'll provide simple creative ideas, materials and gentle guidance. You can paint, collage, doodle, stitch, write—or simply enjoy a cuppa and the company. The art is just a way to slow down, express yourself and reconnect with your creativity. I'm not a therapist or counsellor. I'm an artist and creative facilitator creating a safe, supportive space where women can create, chat, laugh, reflect and feel less alone. At 52, I know all about the hot flushes, sleepless nights and wondering where your old self disappeared to. I'm also an artist and have been running creative workshops for over 20 years. One thing I've learned is that when people create together, conversations happen naturally, friendships grow, and something rather special unfolds.
