Join Doctor Seaweed for a relaxed and uplifting walk along Southbourne Beach to boost your wellbeing.

Hosted by health and wellbeing expert Charlotte Dormon, this gentle walk is a chance to enjoy the fresh sea air and connect with like-minded women. Whether you come on your own, with a friend, your dog or your little one in a buggy, everyone is welcome.

Following the walk, Charlotte will host a talk on the nutrients women need to thrive at every stage of life. Drawing on more than 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, she'll share practical, evidence-based advice on how nutrition and targeted supplementation can support energy, mood, hormonal balance and overall wellbeing. Charlotte will also explore why seaweed is one of nature's most nutrient-rich superfoods and how it can help support thyroid health, metabolism, cognitive function and healthy ageing.

This is a friendly, accessible event designed to bring people together, enjoy some fresh air and leave feeling inspired with practical tips to support your health and wellbeing.

We’ll finish back at SOBO Beach where everyone will be treated to a free coffee on us aswell as a goody bag.
