Join us for this truly unique experience of yogic sleep under the night sky - a guided meditation enjoyed lying down, with nothing to do but get comfortable and listen.

Let your body rest, give your busy mind a break and enjoy an hour that asks nothing of you. There’s no movement to follow and no experience needed; this is your time to simply nap under the sky wrapped in a blanket and hot water bottle.

Colder season makes us stay indoors more often and we want to change it. This season we will give you over 30 reasons to go outside, connect with like minded people, build new meditation routine and stay accountable no matter the weather. One payment, full access, no thinking each week. Join Wellness By The Sea Community with an all-access membership (October -March) including weekly Saturday 8am meditation social and monthly Monday 7pm yoga nidra, priority booking, more pop-up classes, discounted access to special events and entry into our community WhatsApp group chat.

What to Expect

You'll be guided through 45mins immersive and deep, yogic sleep experience surrounded by candles on the beach. To keep cosy and warm, we'd like you to wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or a blanket, a sleeping bag and at least one hot water bottle. We'll have an opportunity to share the experience or simply keep the headphones on to contemplate on your own and sip a delicious, homemade dairy-free chai.

Good to Know

🧘 Bring: comfortable, warm clothing, maybe brobe (we're friends with Beachbum if you want a cheeky discount); yoga mat or blanket to lie down on; sleeping bag and at least one hot water bottle (the best part!); a mug for dairy-free chai

⚕️ Inform your teacher of any medical conditions or injuries before class

🌦️ Weather-dependent: if it rains, we postpone or find alternative venue
