Sobo Beach Boxercise Session.

Join us for a 45 minute high-energy boxercise sessions on beautiful Sobo Beach — where fresh sea air meets full-body fitness.

This outdoor class combines boxing-inspired drills, cardio bursts and strength work to help you build stamina, tone up and boost confidence. Expect a fun, supportive atmosphere with options provided for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or already active, you’ll be challenged at your own pace.

Short bursts of running are included, but alternatives such as power walking are always offered — everyone is welcome.

We provide all equipment, so all you need to bring is comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle and a positive attitude.

After the session, you can choose to unwind with the group and enjoy a hot drink by the beach — the perfect way to cool down, socialise and start your day feeling accomplished.

Single Session: £9+ £1.46 booking fee

Single Session + Hot Drink: £11 + £1.62 booking fee

5 Class Pass: £40.50 + £4.08 booking fee

(£8.92 per session)

5 Class + Coffee Pass: £49.50 + £4.84 booking fee

(£10.87 per session)

5-class passes are valid for 6 weeks from first class booking.

Minimum 5 participants required for class to run.
