Join Wellness By The Sea Community this summer with an all-access membership for £120, giving you up to 35 immersive sessions including weekly Saturday 9am, Wednesday 7am beach yoga and monthly Wednesday sunset sessions. Your membership includes priority booking, access to monthly special events (usually £25) for just £5 per event, and entry into our community WhatsApp group where connections, shared moments and lasting friendships naturally unfold—this isn’t just yoga, it’s your weekly ritual, your people, and your summer by the sea.

What to Expect

This 45-minute Yoga Flow is a dynamic vinyasa-based practice set to upbeat music—energising, exciting, and suitable for all levels. Using super comfy silent disco headphones, you’ll enjoy a perfectly curated playlist and crystal-clear guidance from your teacher, free from outside distractions. You'll leave feeling invigorated, uplifted, and lighter than ever. Sunset Session is often followed by a community sea dip and Ibiza tunes silent disco with live DJ.

Good to Know

🧘 Bring your own yoga mat

⚕️ Inform your teacher of any medical conditions or injuries before class

🌦️ Weather-dependent: If rain forces a cancellation, your ticket rolls over to the next available session (you'll receive an email the night before)

📷 Photos may be taken during class—by attending, you agree to be part of them

Please allow at least 10minutes before the class to park your car, it gets busy!
