Gather to mark the Autumn Equinox. Enjoy yoga, meditation and a seasonal ritual, tea, optional sea dip and time around the bonfire.

Come together by the sea for a relaxed community gathering to mark the Autumn Equinox and welcome the shift into a new season.

We'll gather around the bonfire before moving through a grounding sunset yoga flow, followed by guided meditation and reflection. As the sun sets over the sea, we'll share a simple seasonal ritual inspired by the Equinox — a moment to pause, take stock and consider what we're ready to leave behind as summer closes and what we'd like to carry with us into autumn.

Afterwards, there'll be time for an optional sea dip, warming tea and time together around the bonfire as evening settles in.

The evening will include:

• Time to connect and gather by the fire

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come on your own or bring friends — this is an open, welcoming community gathering and everyone is welcome.

Bring a yoga mat or large towel, warm layers and something cosy to sit on. If you'd like to sea dip, bring swimwear and a towel too.
