We are back for regular, cosy Heartfulness meditations all through 2026! Relax, connect and dive deep. These sessions are designed to help you feel grounded and relaxed - and grow your meditative practice within a group. Heartfulness meditation is about taking a pause, nurturing emotional wellness, fostering mental clarity, and listening to the heart. You will learn some simple techniques for self-moderation and harmony, and enjoy the peace and company. These one-hour sessions aim to offer a deep refreshing dive into ourselves. What to expect: Short, guided practices ; 30 minutes heart-based meditation ; connecting around a warm drink. Heartfulness is an ancient heart-based meditation - derived from Raja-Yoga - which can easily be integrated into a busy daily life. In a natural way, we connect with our authentic selves, leading to calm, compassion, balance and effectiveness. Open to all above 18 years old – beginners and seasoned meditators alike Heartfulness UK is a UK registered charity and non-profit organisation providing training in Heartfulness meditation across the U.K., with presence in over 160 countries throughout the world. There are no fees for learning or practising Heartfulness. We are run entirely by volunteers and funded purely by voluntary donations.
