Relax and realign your mind, body and soul with soothing sounds in this live, in-person sound bath session.

Sounds Aligned: Soundbath

Experience an in-person journey of deep relaxation and healing through immersive sound waves. Let the tranquil tones harmonise your mind and body as you unwind in a peaceful setting. Perfect for anyone looking to recharge and find their inner calm.

A sound bath uses sounds to guide your body into deep rest. You simply get comfortable while singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments are played around you. The sound vibrations move through the space, helping to ease tension, steady your breathing and bringing a sense of calm.

Tickets are £15 or £10.

I respectfully ask that you choose the ticket that best suits your budget.
