A sound bath uses sounds to guide your body into deep rest. You simply get comfortable while singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments are played around you. The sound vibrations move through the space, helping to ease tension, steady your breathing and bringing a sense of calm. Tickets are £15 or £10.
