Looking for a fun and flexible way to stay active? Our Pay & Play sessions are our most casual sport offering, with student-led activities focused on meeting new people, having fun, and enjoying sport without the pressure of commitment. Open and welcoming to participants of all abilities, these sessions provide a friendly and inclusive environment where everyone can get involved. Simply pay and play whenever it suits your schedule.

Location: Sports Hall, SportBU, Talbot Campus (inside facility)

Date: Every Thursday (last session on 27/8/26)

Time: 5-6pm

Equipment/Kit required: Trainers
