Join contemporary artist Jenny Tarr for the private view of The Art of Being, an exhibition of expressive figurative paintings exploring women, clothing, identity and the quiet power of being ourselves.

Heavily inspired by summers spent in France, the exhibition brings together original paintings from Jenny's ongoing series, The Printed Self. Through expressive line, colour and playful pattern, the work explores clothing as a language of identity - the ways women express themselves, reveal their individuality and take up space in the world.

Ete feels like the perfect home for this exhibition. Having designed the Ete logo and created its hand-painted murals, Jenny already has a special creative connection to the space. Bringing her paintings here feels like a natural continuation of that.
