This is a unique way to relax and let go of all the stress during the festive time. Leaving you feeling refreshed and restored

We will begin with a cocooned meditation inside the hammock to centre ourselves and tune into that peaceful place within.We will practice a calming breath technique to help soothe the nervous system.

I will guide you through some gentle movement with the support of the hammock, releasing tension and helping to let go.

Once the body has moved and rested I will guide you into a meditative state with a Winter Wonderland Yoga Nidra practice. This will be a guided meditation experience that will allow you to explore a deep state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra will take place in a chosen Savasana position, as you relax inside or outside of the hammock.

This Workshop is super fun, festive and relaxing. It is perfect for beginners to aerial yoga. You will learn the ins and outs of the yoga hammock and I will share the benefits of Yoga Nidra.

Please bring with you a warm jumper, a cosy blanket and thick socks for comfort. The body temperature tends to drop as we move into deeper states of relaxation. No experience needed
