Silk scarf printing
During the session, you will learn how to dye a 25 x 150 cm long silk scarf using the Bundle Dyeing technique. This natural steam process draws out and fixes colours from pressed flowers and leaves, creating clear botanical shapes on the fabric.
Bundle Dye Steaming & Tatakizome printing Gift Card
While the steaming process takes place guests will learn another printing process for a gift card: Flower pounding, or Tatakizome, which is an ancient Japanese technique of hammering plants to create a print.
The Big Reveal
