A weekly fashion illustration class for ages 8–12, exploring drawing, design, pattern, textiles and creative fashion ideas.

Following the success of our Specialist Summer workshops, we've decided to create a weekly creative class for young artists who love fashion, illustration, textiles, colour, pattern and design.

Led by Kathryn, a designer and industry professional with years of experience in fashion and design, our Fashion Illustration Club gives students the opportunity to explore the world of fashion through drawing, painting, pattern and creative design.

Across the term, students will develop their own individual style while learning real fashion illustration and design techniques. Projects will change regularly and may include:

Fashion figure drawing and stylised illustration

Designing clothing and accessories

Colour, texture and pattern

Creating repeat prints for fabric and textiles

Exploring different illustration materials and techniques

Developing mood boards and design ideas

Learning about fashion designers, illustrators and creative careers

Creating their own collections and finished fashion artworks

Rather than everyone producing the same piece, students will be encouraged to experiment, make their own creative choices and develop their ideas individually.

The class is playful and accessible while still giving young artists the opportunity to build genuine drawing, illustration and design skills over time.

One discounted taster session is available per child across Scribble Studio. If your child has previously attended a taster session with us in another class, the standard session rate will apply.

Ongoing classes are £15 per session for new students from September 2026.
