This is a free Brighton & Hove City Council scheme that helps organisations improve the health and wellbeing of their employees.

Businesses that join the scheme receive free support, advice and information from our team.

As part of the programme, participating employers can:

gather feedback from employees through a needs assessment

receive a tailored report with recommendations and guidance

access advice and support to improve workplace health and wellbeing

work towards Commitment, Bronze, Silver or Gold Workplace Wellbeing accreditation
