Sound Bath with Reiki and Ritual poetry experience,  with Becky Hill of 'Mundane to Magick'

An hour to soften, receive and return to yourself.

Settle beneath the blankets as the resonant sound of crystal singing bowls brings you into deep rest while Holy Fire Reiki and ritual poetry create space for you to pause, listen and come home to your body.

You do not need to know how to meditate, understand Reiki or arrive already feeling calm.

This is a space created for you to receive the energy and support that your nervous system needs to remember the wonder of your existence. Give your body this time to tell you what you already know about who you are.

Everything is an invitation, and nothing need be forced.

There is no requirement to remain completely still, empty your mind or experience the session in any particular way.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats, cushions and blankets will be provided but bring your own if you prefer. Chairs will also be available for anyone who would prefer not to lie on the floor. Feel free to bring an eye covering if you like.

Please note, the theatre is upstairs.
