The Autumn Equinox Reset is a workshop for women who want to harness the natural energy of the season and turn it into something meaningful. Harvesting the year so far and moving into the final months of 2026 with clarity and steadiness.

As the seasons begin to shift, this is an invitation to do things differently.

Instead of pushing forward, we’ll pause.

Instead of striving for more, we’ll notice what’s already here.

Instead of rushing past it, we’ll take time to honour it.

Together, we’ll create a calm, supportive space to reflect on what has grown, release what feels complete, and reconnect with what truly matters.

No presentations. No productivity plans. Just a warm, grounded space to land gently.

During our time together, we’ll:

Reflect on the year so far with honesty and compassion

Harvest and acknowledge what has grown, both seen and unseen

Release what no longer needs to be carried forward

Calm and regulate the nervous system

Reconnect with what feels important and create our own ACTION BOARDS (not vision boards)

This event is for you if:

Venue Information

Our meeting will take place in the beautiful first-floor event space at Harriet's of Hove, with access to drinks and toilets. Please note that there is currently no disabled access to the first-floor space.
