Join us for an exclusive day of historical exploration and hands-on learning at The Regency Town House, a beautiful Grade 1 listed building undergoing careful restoration. This immersive event offers a unique opportunity to delve into Regency-era interior design through:

A guided tour led by an expert

An innovative augmented reality (AR) experience* that lets you digitally reimagine Regency interiors

An interactive workshop focused on the fabrication and care of historic architectural ornament

*The AR experience was developed in partnership with the University of Brighton through their Community University Partnership Programme.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The architectural and interior design history of The Regency Town House.

The role of colour, pattern, and detailing in Regency interiors and how AR technology can aid historical interior restoration and visualisation.

The traditional materials, methods and skills of the ornamental plasterer and other production techniques used historically to produce 3D decoration
