About This Event

On Sunday evening at Breath of Sacred Sound in Hove, a free event held at 14 Albert Mews in Brighton, attendees can participate in a guided breathwork and sound bath to promote relaxation, stress relief, and a calm nervous system. The event welcomes participants with no prior experience required.

A guided breathwork and sound journey for relaxation, release and nervous system reset. No experience needed.

Looking for breathwork in Brighton or a sound bath in Hove to help you relax and reset?

Feeling mentally full, emotionally stretched, or simply in need of space to breathe?

Join me for a Sunday evening breathwork and sound session designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and create space to reconnect.

This 2-hour breathwork workshop combines Conscious Connected Breathwork with live therapeutic instruments to support deep relaxation, emotional release and mental clarity.

We begin with simple grounding practices and gentle breathing exercises to help you settle into the body. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeper breathwork journey.

Live instruments — including handpan, monochord, singing bowls and percussion — are delicately woven throughout the session, creating a sound bath-style experience that supports the breath and helps you go deeper, enhanced by a carefully curated music playlist.

This session can support you to:

• release stress and tension

• calm the nervous system

• quiet a busy mind

• reconnect with a sense of clarity and balance

Whether you’re new to breathwork, exploring meditation or looking for a sound healing experience in Brighton & Hove, this session is open and accessible.

What to Expect:

• Arrival and grounding practices

• Guided breathwork session

• Live sound bath elements throughout

• Deep rest and integration

• Optional sharing

Come and breathe.

See what shifts.

Participants have described the experience as "deeply immersive, astonishing" and "unlike any breathwork they had done before".

“Mathis is one of the top five facilitators I have experienced. The way he blends music and live instrumentation is spectacular.”

Benedict Beaumont, Founder of Breathing Space
