I grew up in the city of Delhi, one of the greatest culinary capitals of the world, where every dish tells a story steeped in centuries of the spice trade, empire and migration. Come and enjoy some of the most iconic dishes that were born in the city including Gol Gappe (a type of Chaat), Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken) and Nihari. We will finish the meal with Mung Halwa, a delectable dessert made of mung beans roasted in ghee. I was trained by some of the best cooks in the city and everything is cooked from scratch giving you a depth of taste that will make you crave more!

I grew up in the city of Delhi, one of the greatest culinary capitals of the world, where every dish tells a story steeped in centuries of the spice trade, empire and migration.
