**Workshop date and time confirmed!** Our introductory Family Constellations workshop at Anahata Clinic, Brighton, will now take place on **Sunday 11 October, 10am–1pm**. Thank you for your patience with the changes. I look forward to welcoming you! Emma 💛 Come and join us for a warm, supportive afternoon exploring family patterns, ancestral stories and the hidden dynamics that can influence our lives today. We’ll draw on **stories, myths and familiar characters** as a way of exploring the roles we may unconsciously carry, the patterns that repeat through families, and what may be ready to change. There will be opportunities to explore themes that are personally relevant to you through group exercises and by taking part as a representative. Depending on the shape of the afternoon, there may also be space for some more focused constellation work. You don’t need any previous experience of Family Constellations to come along. A gentle afternoon for personal exploration, connection and curiosity — and perhaps a little more clarity around what belongs to us, what we may have inherited, and what we may be ready to leave behind. I’d love to see you there. 💛
