About This Event

The First Aid (First Response) course in Worthing is scheduled for October 3, 2026, commencing at 8:45 AM at the 2nd Worthing Scout Group in Brighton. This workshop, offered at no cost, is designed to equip participants with essential first response skills and supports those looking to renew their qualifications. Led by various instructors, the session will provide comprehensive training in a practical setting, ensuring attendees are well-prepared for real-world emergencies.

This course covers the requirements for First Response and those needing to renew their First Aid qualification.

This course covers the Scout Association's First Response requirements.

The course is very practical with participants taking it in turns to be first aiders and casualties in Scout-like scenarios indoors and outside.

Registration and refreshments at 8.45 am for a 9.00 am start.

Dress code: Old clothing which may get dirty

Lunch: Bring your own

Bring: A notepad and pen

Refreshments: Tea, coffee, squash and biscuits will be provided.
