About This Event

'Happy Cafe' at The Walrus will occur on 10 November 2026 in Brighton. The event aims to create a welcoming space for participants to engage in light-hearted games and conversations. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 17:00 and can ask staff for directions to the meeting area.

When you first arrive ask behind the bar where Action for Happiness (Happy Cafe) is meeting. We meet upstairs at the Walrus, so we have our own space. Ask at the bar when you arrive and they can direct you up. Please arrive by 17.00. There are games but they are not intimidating, mainly conversation starters. Do give it a try. We would like you to feel happier at the end than when you arrived. Looking forward to seeing you soon. **\*\*We recommend you officially join the AFH Brighton group on the main AFH website here [www.actionforhappiness.org/groups/brighton](http://www.actionforhappiness.org/groups/brighton). While there, you can also check out the various great resources Action for Happiness has to offer.\*\***
