We'll explore what happens when microorganisms transform food, why certain fermented foods can support gut health, how fermentation affects nutrients and digestibility, and what current research tells us about the relationship between our gut microbiome and overall wellbeing.

🌱 Learn the art of food preservation — what to ferment, how to do it safely, and how to store your creations.

🌱 Explore other fermented delicacies you can prepare at home, and sample a selection of homemade fermented refreshments.
