2026 Spark & Bell Business Community Beach Clean

Join us on Wednesday 2nd September at 7.45am for the 2026 Spark & Bell Business Community Beach Clean.

We’ll be meeting by the Peace Statue on Hove Lawns, bringing together businesses from across Brighton & Hove to take positive action for our local coastline before the working day begins.

Whether you’re a sole trader, small business or part of a larger organisation, everyone is welcome. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded local businesses, spend some time by the sea and make a tangible difference to the coastal environment we all share.

The event is completely free, but advance registration is required. When booking, please let us know which business you’re joining us from so we can celebrate all the brilliant local organisations taking part.

We’ll provide all the beach-cleaning equipment you need, so simply turn up and get stuck in.

New for this year, we’re bringing our now well-known Weirdest Find Award to the Spark & Bell Business Community Beach Clean for the first time. Keep your eyes peeled for something particularly unusual! The winner will be announced on the day, with a prize that, as always, is in line with our Leave No Trace ethics and values.
