Are you feeling hectic, overwhelmed or stressed with day-to-day life?

Are you searching for new ways to find some peace, but don’t particularly want to walk into a room full of women and be the only man?

I’ve been there. It can be daunting.

As men, we often don’t do enough for our inner selves and emotional balance. We can spend so much time dealing with everyday responsibilities that we forget to make time for ourselves.

That’s one of the reasons I’m hosting this Men’s Sound & Healing Journey.

I wanted to create a space where men can come together, switch off from everyday pressures and experience something different.

No pressure. No expectations. No judgement.

You don’t need any previous experience, and you don’t have to talk or share anything if you don’t want to.

Just come along, get comfortable and allow yourself some time out.

Come and try something new in this men-only group.

It could be the start of a wonderful journey.

Concessions are available for anyone experiencing mental health challenges, including those in recovery.

• Blanket and pillow for your comfort

• Anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down
