Scandi Buns is a food and drink workshop set for 22 September 2026 at Stoneham Bakehouse CIC in Brighton. Participants will learn to make various Scandinavian buns, including Swedish cinnamon and Finnish cardamom varieties. The workshop fee is £50.00.
Join us to learn to make delicious Scandinavian buns; from Sweden's cinnamon buns, to the cardamom buns of Finland.
In this workshop you'll make a couple of different Scandinavian inspired buns. Starting with our ever popular Swedish Cinnamon bun (Kanelbullar), and following that with Finnish Cardamom rolls (Korvapuusti), we'll bake the perfect accompaniments to a morning coffee break. You'll receive recipes and advice to help you bake these buns at home, as well as heading home with a load of delicious buns.
