Join us for a 3 hour Taster session on the eve of the Sensitive Body Weekend Intensive with renowned Italian teacher Riccardo Maffiotti in Lewes, UK.

This winter workshop takes place indoors, where we will alternate different practices to refine our ability to listen to the body and discover the potential of touch.

Explore your body through movement, breath & dance, drawing on Sensible Dance®, Feldenkrais, Munzfloor®, elements of contemporary dance and mindful meditation.

We will practice individually, in pairs, and as a group, working with improvisation as well as in silence and stillness.

Experience your body as a vehicle of presence to meet who you are, observing the mechanisms that guide you, unlock creativity, move beyond fear, restore self-confidence, and cultivate a conscious, healthy, and inspired relationship with your creative potential.

BIOG

Riccardo Maffiotti is a travelling artist, actor, dancer, and performer, teacher and educator.

He teaches theatre, Sensitive Dance®, text study and diction, voice development, as well as the Munz® method. He holds a degree in Movement Sciences.

With extensive international experience, his approach integrates theatrical, somatic, and physical techniques to guide you through a unique journey of discovery and transformation.
