Brighton! Working Girls Press is bringing you SUSTENANCE: A Literary Salon, on September 23rd at the Cowley Club. The night will feature a line-up of UK readers not only bringing you their work, but also their zines and books to share! There will also be select readings from I Hate My Job, the latest book we've published at the press. The event is free, and open to all!

18+ members and guests welcome. The Cowley Club is a cash-only bar, but books can be purchased with cash, Paypal, or MBWAY.

On-street parking is available for up to two hours, and free after 8pm, on Providence Place, if timed correctly this is usually enough for an evening event. There is also 90 minutes free parking without purchase in the nearby Sainsburys. The safest unlimited nearby parking is in the London Road multi-storey car park, but there is a 2m height restriction. The closest free parking is north of Preston Park, approximately 20 minutes walk away.
