About This Event

The Science of ADHD & Sleep is a talk event at Brighthelm Centre in Brighton on September 30, 2026. The event will discuss the connection between ADHD and sleep. Tickets are priced between £13.00 and £35.00.

Understanding the connection between ADHD & Sleep, and finding a better way to sleep and rest. Followed by Q&A.

Are you constantly battling sleepless nights, restless energy, or the mental fog of sleep deprivation?

Many individuals with ADHD face unique challenges with sleep - from difficulty falling asleep to feeling completely out of sync with their natural body clocks. This talk explores ADHD and sleep through both science and lived experience, including how factors like gender, ethnicity, and systemic inequalities impact diagnosis and support. By understanding how your neurodivergent brain works, you can stop blaming yourself for sleep struggles and start building routines that actually work for you.

Instead of rigid rules, learn practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. Learn how light exposure regulates melatonin and your internal clock, giving you actionable tools to calm nighttime restlessness, optimize daytime focus, and manage your energy. Attendees will leave with a deeper reflection on their own sleep patterns and brain-friendly techniques to restore balance, resilience, and quality of life through self-compassion.

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7:30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
