The NUTURE OF FLOW will be held on 19 September 2026, from noon, at Wild Heart Hill in Brighton. This workshop, featuring diverse facilitators, is designed to delve into personal growth and wellness while surrounded by the natural splendour of Long Furlong. Day 12-5.30 pm

Treat yourself and indulge your mind, body, and soul in an Equinox reset
THE NURTURE OF FLOW
Engage in mindfulness, connecting with the earth's bounty. Find inner balance with the gentle flow of Tai Chi and rest in the meditative depth of Yoga Nidra and grounding Cacao Forest bathing and sound bath.
Day Retreat 12–5.30 pm
The public can arrive from 11.45 am
12:15 – 12:30 pm Tea and welcome Circle
12:30 – 1:15 pm Debbie’s Chi-boost Mountain Top practice
1:15 – 1:30 pm question and toilet time
1:30 – 2:30 pm Cacao and Forest Bathing Kate
2:30 – 3:30 pm lunch and food share
3:30 – 4.15 pm Sound Bath with Shell
4.15 – 4.30 pm share and Toilet
4:30 – 5:00 pm Tree Yoga Nidra with Kate
5:00 – 5:30 pm sharing and end-of-day feedback
Food share 2.30-3.30 pm
Bring a veggie dish or Pudding to share with the Group.
We love to share food, it’s a great way to chat and enjoy each other’s dishes and get to know each other over a nice Lunch
(the community food share table to keep us all fed throughout the day.
To support your day's retreat, please bring
A food dish to add to the food share table.
A camping chair, cup, plate, knife, fork, spoon, bowl and water bottle.
Warm clothing, depending on the weather.
For the Yoga Nedra, a sound bath
blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, eye blackout and yoga mat.
Please let Kate know if you do not have a yoga mat or eye blackout; she can provide some.
Choose comfortable clothes
to move in; depending on the weather, you may like to be barefoot. clothing and lots of warm clothing, hats, gloves, socks and boots
There will be a Gazebo up if the weather is not great, and somewhere to put your bags in a bell tent

will guide you on a magical journey with a cacao ceremony and forest bathing
Cacao forest Bathing, Drink from the Theobroma cacao Tree, the fruits of the god, and sit quietly with Mother Earth, breathing all the benefits of the forest into your body,
Yoga Nidra: be led by Kate into a deep state of relaxation in this guided meditation. Kate finds Yoga Nidra offers her a profoundly deep reset, promoting relaxation in a state of restful awareness.
Debbie Fox
Debbie will lead a gentle Chi-boost session based around a sequence known as Mountain Top, which Angus Clark taught her. We will explore Tai Chi principles of grounding, aligning and releasing, which allow the body to relax and generate energy (Chi). The movements have a calming and settling quality, and I have found them to be a great support in my life over the last 30 years or so as a way to reset and recharge. Choose comfortable clothes to move in; depending on the weather, you may like to be barefoot.
Shell Bell
Shelly will take you on a fully immersive therapeutic soundbath/soundscape session
A chance to explore deep relaxation, reduce stress, release tension, and find inner peace through the power of sound.
The magic of Sound vibrations
Ancient instruments played to promote cellular activity through the whole body, activating the parasympathetic nervous system (“rest & digest”), improving circulation, lowering cortisol levels (the stress hormone) may even release physical symptoms of painful medical conditions
Looking after your Mind and Body…….The only things you have to rely on in life!…..Through the power of sound.
A whole body massage of sound
That’s got to be good for you!
Parking
There is limited parking at Wild Heart Hill, so please car share where possible. We will add you to the WhatsApp Group so you can make plans with each other. You will be met by someone from the Wellderness team to park you and show you the way.
You can get a bus near Findon Manor House, walk up to St John the Baptist Church, and walk through the fields (although be aware that you would need a torch after dark).
