The Trenchmore Table returns this November: an evening on our regenerative farm, bringing farmers, chefs and diners closer to the food on the table.

For one night, we invite a local guest chef into the Trenchmore kitchen to create a unique seasonal menu, shaped by their own style and what’s available from the land.

On 6th November, we’re very happy to welcome back Chef Michael Notman-Watt, an old friend of Trenchmore who has worked with the farm for many years. Michael returns to Sussex after a year in Devon, with a CV that includes the Brewhouse Project in Arundel, 64 Degrees in Brighton and The Dairy in London, as well as reaching the semi-finals of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2024.

This winter, we’ll be gathering in the Cyder Shack for candlelit tables, a roaring fire and a relaxed evening of brilliant seasonal food.
