From guided visualisation to a clear plan of next steps, and everything in between!

Do you find yourself wanting to make changes but feel stuck, overwhelmed, and tend to not follow through? Then this workshop is for you!

This 2 hour empowering workshop will start with an exploration of the aspect(s) of your life that you would like to make changes in. This could include work, home life, health and well-being, spirituality, friendships, relationships or anything else that’s important to you.

This will be followed by a beautiful guided visualisation to help you gain some clarity, and connect with your intuition on how you would like your life to look and feel once these changes have been made.

As part of this process we’ll also be exploring your strengths, support systems and anything else that will help you to stay motivated and committed to making change happen.

This will be a small group experience (maximum 8 people) where you get to share, be creative, and then finally produce a map / action plan to take home for you to continue working on.

This workshop will suit:

People with loads of ideas for what they want to change but often get stuck and don't see their ideas through.

People who don't give themselves the time and space to tune in and let themsleves dream about how they would like their life to be.

Anyone who loves personal growth and spiritual workshops.

The Venue

This is a beautiful space in Barbara Collins' home in Saltdean. Barbara runs The Goddess Garden, a monthly event.

There is plenty of free on street parking.
