Then to the Keynsham Waitrose, bring or buy a cake, then grab free tea/coffee (bring a cup and loyalty card to scan). There is space for bikes and people, but no chairs. See attached picture. Back to Bristol via the A4 cycle path to Saltford (newly laid surface and junctions) to join the Bristol and Bath cycle track. note: the route has a few sections where your need to get off and push your bike, just follow me - if I walk, can you please walk. Finishing back at Oxford street with a choice of 2x breweries (Little Martha / Unwins), Forest Bakery or artisan coffee at Full Court. The ride leader will stop for catch-ups, at junctions and hills. **Please do not overtake the ride leader this is how most rides have ended up with riders being lost, causing the whole group to be inconvenienced**. You must be confident in your fitness level for the whole ride. If you are in any doubt please do not attend. You must be capable of riding for 90 minutes non stop and completed this recently. We do not ride fast and do stop at the top of hills but we do require a certain level of fitness. Your bike needs to be recently ridden and in good order. You should bring a spare inner tube for your bike. This is to avoid holding up the rest of the group. There is likely to be someone on the ride who can help mend a puncture, although this is not guaranteed. Have a plan is you or your bike cannot be fixed following an incident.
