We’re taking things on the road on Saturday 10 October for a little LHG adventure…

From Brew to Beer starting at Commune Café in Bristol and running all the way to Electric Bear Brewing Co. in Bath.

Grab a coffee, lace up and come run some KMs with us before we finish with a well-earned beer. 🍻

📍 THE PLAN

Meeting point: Commune Café, Bristol

Meet: 10:30am

Roll out: 10:45am

Finish: Electric Bear, Bath

Once we arrive in Bath, you're free to enjoy a beer, food and hang out with the crew you’ll need to make your own way back from Bath.

🏃‍♀️ THE RUN

We’ll be moving at roughly 6:00–6:30 min/km, keeping things social and together rather than turning it into a race.

We’ll have regular regroup points along the way:

☕ First stop: Warmley

📍 Then: roughly every 5km

⏸️ A few minutes at each stop to regroup, grab some water and catch our breath.

As always with LHG no egos, no one gets left behind and we run together.

Whatever you need to keep yourself fuelled and happy for the distance.

This is a longer run, so please make sure you're comfortable running at least 18km without needing to stop or walk.

We’ll regroup regularly and take our time at the stops, but this is still a continuous running route rather than a run/walk session.

💛 THE LHG WAY

This isn't about PBs, racing or who gets there first.

It's about putting some KMs in the legs, exploring somewhere new, chatting shit with your mates and earning that beer at the other end.

Good time, not a hard time.

Please look after each other, stay together and remember that our runs are led by volunteers giving up their time to make these things happen.

If you pick up an injury, feel unwell or need to leave the run for any reason, you'll need to be able to arrange your own way back.

And remember once we reach Bath, you're making your own way home.
