Join us for our Beginner's Dressmaking workshop at Flo-Jo Fabrics!

Designed for those new to sewing and looking to build their skills, this in-person event is perfect for getting started with dressmaking basics.

We use the ever popular The Camber Set pattern by Merchant and Mills.

A classic shift dress pattern that can be made as a dress or as a top.

You will learn how to read a pattern, measure yourself and adjust a pattern to fit your body shape.

You will learn how to sew darts, add binding, sew a yolk, set in sleeves, finish and hem you garment.

All with the expert guidance of Peg who has a wealth of sewing experience and will fill you with confidence!

You will need to purchase your copy of the pattern, suitable fabric, pins and thread.

Sewing machines and all tools are provided.

Full refunds are offered on any cancellations made 7 days before the start of a course. After that we can only give a refund if the place is resold.
