We are getting together for another evening of fresh dough and good conversation at our Bristol Handmade Pasta and Spritz Social. Whether you are a regular at our gatherings or have been looking for an excuse to try your hand at shaping pasta for the first time, this is a relaxed space to roll up your sleeves and learn a new skill. We will provide the ingredients and the instruction, and everyone will leave with a batch of handmade pasta to take home. It is a simple format: we will spend the first part of the evening working together on the pasta, followed by a chance to sit down, enjoy a spritz, and catch up with one another. This event is really just about slowing down and connecting with other people in the community who enjoy cooking and good company. If you are interested in joining us, please let us know by RSVPing through the site so we can make sure we have enough flour and ingredients for everyone.
