Connect with Bristol’s property community and discover why better relationships could mean more referrals, revenue and business.
Bristol Property Connect is an evening designed to bring together ambitious professionals from across the local property market to make new connections, share ideas and create more opportunities.
Hosted by iad UK, the event is open to Estate Agents, Letting Agents, mortgage advisers, solicitors, surveyors, financial planners and other professionals working in and around property.
We’ll also be joined by Thomas Coles, founder, keynote speaker and referral growth specialist, for a 30-minute session:
Why referrals should be the mainstay of your top-of-funnel lead generation
Thomas will explore why referrals should play a much bigger role in your new business strategy and the commercial impact a systematic approach to referrals can have on both revenue and margin.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of:
Why referrals can be one of your strongest sources of new business
How to assess the potential revenue and margin impact within your own business
How to make referrals a more systematic part of the way you and your colleagues work
Thomas has founded and exited five businesses and now works globally with founders, leadership teams and investors to accelerate revenue growth through stronger referral strategies. His clients attribute £149m of additional new business revenue to his advice.
The rest of the evening will be relaxed and informal, with plenty of time to meet other local professionals, build new relationships and create potential referral partnerships.
Complimentary light food and refreshments will be provided.
