Every year, employers like you give thousands of young people across Bristol and the West of England their first real experience engaging with experience of the workplace.

Whether you're an active Bristol WORKS partner, you've worked with us in the past, or you're curious about getting involved for the first time, this morning is for you.

What to expect:

10:00 – Welcome

Hear how your involvement is changing outcomes for young people aged 11 to 16 across Bristol, plus an introduction to the Bristol WORKS pledge and what's coming next.

10:15– Employer Panel

Real feedback from employers who've delivered workshops, hosted workplace visits, and run work experience placements. What worked, what surprised them, and what it's done for their teams and culture.

10:45 – Networking

Meet fellow employers, share ideas, and speak directly with the Bristol WORKS team about ways to get involved that fit your capacity, whether you're a large corporate or a micro-business.
