Join the autumn CatalystHER networking event for another evening of inspiration, community, and expert support for women in business.

Own Your Flow

Productivity advice is everywhere - but most of it was designed for someone else's brain.

This month we're talking about finding your own rhythm: when you do your best work, how you manage energy (not just time), and why forcing yourself into someone else's system is a recipe for burnout.

Our panel will share how they've figured out what actually works for them - the routines they've ditched, the habits they've kept, and how they protect their energy while running a business. This isn't about hustle culture or 5am alarm clocks. It's about working in a way that's sustainable and actually yours.

If you've ever felt guilty for not being an inbox-zero, colour-coded-calendar person, this is your permission slip.
