Nick Elston, award-winning mental health and keynote speaker, and founder of Forging People, hosts and leads the day personally, sharing his own journey from crippling anxiety to speaking on stages in front of thousands.

He's joined by his team:

Helen Taylor-Brimson, wellbeing lead for the day, guiding the shifts in energy and state that carry you through

Zoe Thompson, delivering a session on the mindset of speaking

Emma-Louise, vocal coach who has worked across TV, stages and with leading music professionals, helping you find and use your actual voice

We are also joined by a brilliant guest speaker:

The setting

We're at the Bristol Pavilion, inside the Seat Unique Stadium, home of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, overlooking the pitch. Free parking on site all day, which, if you know Bristol, is not something to take for granted.

The room is warm, welcoming and safe. Built to be a space where it's genuinely okay to be seen, to get it wrong, and to try again.

Tea, coffee and water are included throughout the day. Lunch is available to buy on site, so you're free to eat exactly what and when you like.
