This exclusive, women-only morning is all about tuning into your body, enjoying some well-deserved wellness benefits, and connecting with a wonderful group of like-minded women in a completely private, welcoming space (the entire site is booked out just for HerSay members!).Here is what you can look forward to:

Sauna, Plunge & Swim (1 hour): Spend an hour moving at your own pace between the two saunas, cold plunge, outdoor showers, and wild swimming area.

Mindfulness & Socialising (45mins): we will gather as a group in the studio or café for a gentle mindfulness exercise and a cozy catch-up over drinks.

Free Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, or iced matcha on us!
