Join us for a Nordic walking celebration in Eastville Park—everyone’s welcome, including beginners. Nordic walks and refreshments

Come join us for a Nordic Walking Social. Everyone’s welcome—whether you’re a seasoned Nordic walker or a curious beginner ready to give it a go. We will be offering:

Nordic walking taster - for those new to Nordic walking who want to see what it's all about.

Nordic walking refresher - for anyone who's feeling a little rusty and wants to refresh their skills.

Social Nordic walk around Eastville Park - a chance to enjoy this beautiful park and catch up with fellow Nordic walkers.

There will be refreshements in the Friends of Eastville Park Community Hub afterwards. We would be truly grateful for any food contributions!

Nordic walking is a full-body low-impact exercise that's easy on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our team are qualifed British Nordic Walking instructors. We can lend you Nordic walking poles if you've not got your own.

Got any questions, email vicky@letswalkbristol.org
