Join me for a deeply relaxing evening of sound, stillness and restoration in the beautiful outdoor setting at Queen Charlton Village Hall.

Allow yourself to slow down and be immersed in the healing vibrations of gong, crystal singing bowls, drum and other therapeutic instruments, helping to calm the nervous system and bring you back into balance.

We’ll settle into the evening with gentle grounding before moving into a nourishing sound journey beneath the open sky. No experience is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable and receive.

Mats will be provided. Please bring a blanket, pillow and warm layers so you can stay cosy as the evening cools.
