A dynamic and progressive weekly Yoga class

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa practice rooted in the Ashtanga system, developed to make the traditional sequences more accessible, adaptable, and responsive to individual bodies. While it follows a set structure, Rocket encourages modification, variation, and choice, allowing practitioners to work progressively with strength, mobility, inversions, arm balances, and backbends. The emphasis is on breath-led movement, continuity, and building a sustainable, intelligent practice.
