When you're a freelancer, founder, business owner or creative, visibility matters. But for a lot of us, “putting yourself out there” invokes The Ick.

You know you need to post on social media, speak on podcasts or panels, host workshops, or simply (!) introduce yourself confidently and concisely at a networking event. But either you avoid it altogether, or you second-guess and self-deprecate. And even when you do manage to hit “post”, why do you feel strangely exposed—whether no one likes it, or hundreds of people do?!

Contrary to popular opinion (we’re looking at you, business “gurus”), the problem isn’t just a lack of marketing strategies or content ideas. While practical tools, structures and systems are valid, often the real challenge is psychological.

Because what exactly is it that makes visibility so uncomfortable and how do you push through it? How do you find the courage to share your work, in a way that feels like you?

Through solo reflection exercises, group discussion and practical tools, you'll uncover the stories that shape how you show up, reframe unhelpful beliefs, and identify ways of expressing yourself that feel natural and sustainable.
