Inviting all advice sector advisers, support and outreach workers to the next ACFA Client Facing Network event

As autumn gets underway, we're looking forward to bringing the network together again on Wednesday 4 November 2026, welcoming client-facing staff from Bristol and the surrounding areas to connect, share learning, and build relationships.

Time: 9.45am to 12.00pm

Location: Travelling Light Studio, Wellspring Settlement, East Bristol

What to expect:

Guest speakers and Q&A

Following feedback from previous sessions, we will be joined by members of Talking Money's Debt Advice and Benefits Advice teams for an open Q&A discussion.

This is an opportunity to ask questions that are relevant to your day-to-day client work, learn from the experiences of specialist advisers, and gain a deeper understanding of the support available to clients. Whether you want to discuss common issues, referral pathways, or challenging cases you have encountered, there will be plenty of opportunity to take part in the conversation and learn from colleagues across the sector.

Networking

There will be dedicated time to meet others from across the advice sector, swap insights, and build stronger working relationships.

Training

As part of the wider wellbeing training programme, there will be an opportunity to learn about upcoming training courses and help shape future learning opportunities by sharing your feedback and priorities.

Refreshments

Light bites will be provided to keep everyone fuelled throughout the session.

Parking:

There is limited free on street parking near the venue. Ducie Road Car Park is a 3 minute walk away and offers three hours of free parking.
