An evening to pause, breathe and create a steady foundation for the month ahead.

Settle into a cosy evening of guided meditation, soothing sounds and vibrations from singing bowls and other instruments, aromatherapy, stillness and deep relaxation.

Working with the changing energies of the seasons, these monthly sound bath meditations offer you a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a warm, calming space.

Come as you are. Get comfortable, let go of the need to do, and allow yourself the space to simply be.

No previous experience needed. Small groups. Advance booking required.

* Please contact Amy before booking if you have any allergies/medical contraindications or if you are pregnant. The Sound meditation and Aromatherapy are not suitable for people who have epilepsy or during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
