Palo Discover the powerful rhythms and movements rooted in Afro-Cuban spiritual traditions. This workshop explores grounding movements, body expression, ancestral energy and the cultural significance behind Palo dance. Estilo Cubano (Ladies & Men's Styling) Add authentic Cuban flavour to your dancing. Rueda de Casino The famous Cuban circle dance! Learn partner changes, exciting combinations, teamwork and communication while dancing with everyone in the circle. One of the most fun and social Cuban dance styles. Afro-Cuban – Oshún & Changó Explore the sacred dances dedicated to two of Cuba's most celebrated Orishas. Oshún Graceful feminine movements inspired by the Goddess of rivers, love, beauty and prosperity. Changó Powerful masculine movements inspired by the God of thunder, fire, strength, music and celebration. Discover the stories, symbolism and rhythms behind these beautiful Afro-Cuban traditions. Rumba Feel the heartbeat of Cuba. Learn the energy, musicality and body movement of one of Cuba's oldest and most expressive dance styles, combining African roots with Cuban identity.
