**Ben Seiler** **Positioning: The Plugin Your Website Is Missing** * Most business websites list their products clearly enough, yet they still fail to reach the right people. The design is polished and the site is fast, but the message doesn't land. Usually the problem isn't the theme, the page builder or the plugins. It's positioning: the site talks about features when customers are looking for reasons to buy. * In this talk, Ben will show how the Value Proposition Canvas can help you work out what your customers are actually trying to get done, what's getting in their way, and which arguments will convince them. He'll then show how to translate those insights into a clear page structure you can build in WordPress, section by section. * Expect real before-and-after examples, a short hands-on exercise using one of your own projects, and a reusable page template to take away. * This talk is for freelancers, agencies and in-house teams who build WordPress sites for clients, and for anyone who runs their own site and wonders why it isn't converting. **Other plugins will be brought to the table if there is time.**
