Bristol's leafy branches extend their warmest welcome to Tree Care Club, inviting you to craft new ways of knowing & caring for urban trees.

Tree Care Club - Bristol Branch

Tree Care Club provides a place to learn from each other about the urban forest’s many benefits to our health and our city’s ecosystem – and to consider what the urban forest needs from us to enhance those benefits.

Newly planted urban trees need a lotta extra TLC for the first few years in their forever home. Tree Care Club invites you to be an everyday superhero by learning about and promoting ways to help these young urban trees thrive in our city.

During the sessions, there will be an opportunity to create and take home your own piece of simple woven artwork by hand, using natural and salvaged materials, inspired by and provided by trees.

The technique for making the rag rugs we will make is very simple, and all materials will be provided. If you have an old green fabric you no longer want, feel free to bring it along!

This session is for adults, but you are welcome to bring your own children if you would like.
